PANOLIS
Component of all cell membranes and a precursor of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. PPC has been used in aesthetic medicine to treat localized adiposity in patients with normal or slightly elevated body mass index. PPC induces lipolysis by disrupting the adipocyte membrane and releasing the stored triglycerides. Sodium Deoxycholate, a bile salt derivative, is an emulsifier that facilitates the solubilization and elimination of the triglycerides from the adipose tissue. L-Carnitine is a cofactor that transports the fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are oxidized and converted into energy. L-Carnitine has been shown to improve cellulite and weight loss by enhancing the fat metabolism during physical activity.
